The purpose of this presentation is to describe the nature of the interdisciplinary process through which the Center for Applications of Digital Technologies in Health and Disability at Lamar University was developed. Four approaches were adopted to find appropriate management solutions for interdisciplinary goals. These included (1) translational research; (2) collaboration; (3) a public health approach; and (4) a person-based approach. This presentation will include initial outcomes of Center for Applications of Digital Technologies in Health and Disability.
